The "time" factor, i.e. the time it takes for an industrial installation to obtain an operating permit, is becoming more and more important. Speed is often a key indicator of economic success. Optimal time management, in addition to technically expert support during the licensing procedures, is therefore all the more important to our customers.

The involvement of an authorized expert for licensing procedures in the environmental domain in accordance with section 36 of the Gewerbeordnung (German Industrial Code) can be an essential component in accelerating a licensing procedure. In addition, the competent state authorities grant fee reductions of up to 30% in licensing procedures relating to immission control legislation. Depending on project volume, such reductions can very quickly more than make up for the consultancy service costs.
